Rooms / apartments description

All apartments are decorated by the owners and the majority of them have been recently renovated. They are usually located in two-storey buildings set in a quiet residential area of the village, close to the Spiaggia Lunga and to the charming inlets of the nearby.

The the beach and the main village facilities are only 200 meters away. Although many accommodations have a balcony, a private courtyard or patio, it must be noted that their availability cannot be guaranteed at the time of booking. Available options: 

-Two-room apartment 2 Type B: The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a bathroom.

-Two-room apartment 4 Type B1: The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette equipped with two beds (a double o two single sofa beds), a double bedroom, and a bathroom.

-Three-room apartment 4 Type C: The apartment consists of a living room/kitchenette, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom (which can be equipped with a bunk bed), and a bathroom.

-Three-room apartment 6 Type C1: The apartment consists of a living room/kitchenette with two beds (a double o two single sofa beds), a double bedroom, a twin bedroom (which can be equipped with a bunk bed), and a bathroom.

-Four-room apartment 8 Type D: The apartment consists a living room/kitchenette with two beds (a double o two single sofa beds), a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms (which can equipped with bunk beds), and a bathroom.

-Four-room apartment 8 with Double Services Type D1: This apartment is designed as the one aforementioned, but it has two bathrooms.

Upon request, it is possible to have a basic kit containing bottled water and toilet paper.

Guests can book boat trips to the Maddalena archipelago (Budelli - Spiaggia Rosa, Spargi, Caprera) and to the island of Asinara; excursions by bus to Alghero, Stintino, the Costa Smeralda, and Castelsardo or by train with the ancient Sardinian Trenino Verde, and also sightseeing tours to some archaeological sites where they can discover the well-known Nuraghi.

Nearby Facilities

In the village of Isola Rossa there are several facilities: supermarkets, shops, local craft shops, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, disco pubs with live music, tennis courts and football pitches. Folkoristic and entertaining shows are also held in the main square of Isola Rossa throughout the Summer season.

The Acquapark, an amusing waterpark, is just 1,7 km away. Near the beach there is a diving center where tourists can attend diving courses, rent beach umbrellas, deckchairs, diving equipment, boats, inflatables boats, canoes, surfs, winsurfs, and pedal boats; refill scuba tanks, and that also provides mooring for boats and inflatables boats.

Beaches in the area

The village of Isola Rossa is located in the middle of a picturesque coastline characterized by white sandy beaches and coves among stunning red granite cliffs, whose colours contrast and enhance the emerald-transparent sea. The seabed is very interesting for its rich underwater flora and fauna made of corals, fishes, and aquatic plants: a real paradise for scuba diving.

-Guests are responsible for cleaning the kitchenette, otherwise they are charged an additional 50% fee;

-Security Deposit: 100 euros (to be paid cash at the arrival), refundable after house inspection.

-Optional services to be paid at the reception (on request, and to be reported at the time of booking):

-Cradle: € 20 per week;

-Extra bed: € 30/40/50 (seasonal pricing);

-Tv set: included in the price;

-Bed and Bathroom linen: €12 per person per change (rates do not include the first change);
