The I Giardini di Porto Ottiolu apartments are located in a panoramic complex about 500 meters from the beach and from the chic local Marina. The apartments are located in a quiet area rich in vegetation and flowers and are perfect for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. The complex has been recently completed, all have a private entrance and have a good quality furniture. Each apartment also features: hairdryer, iron and ironing board, bathroom with shower, washing machine. There is also an unattended outdoor parking space for each apartment.

Special prices: For bookings confirmed before 31/01/2018 a 12% discount on the stay is applied. Only a deposit is required at the time of booking.

Types of available apartments:

- Two-room apartment: consists of a double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed or two single beds, a well-equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower. Sleeps 4.

- Three-room apartment S: the three-room apartment S is located in the basement, this allows it to be cooler during the hot days of August. Inside there is a living room with a well-equipped kitchenette, a sofa bed that can be double or twin, there are also two comfortable double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Sleeps 6

- Three-room apartment: it consists of two comfortable double bedrooms, a living room with a well-equipped kitchenette, a double sofa bed or two single beds, a bathroom with shower. Sleeps 6

Services in the residence and nearby

The reception office accepts credit card payments. The deposit is accepted only with cash payment. The village of Ottiolu offers all the necessary services for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The whole area is well suited for families with children but also for young couples. There are numerous and elegant bars and restaurants, pizzerias, market, newsagents, pharmacy, ATM. etc. Porto Ottiolu is located only 4 kilometres from San Teodoro, famous for its dream beaches but also for its vibrant nightlife.

Costs for utilities consumption

- For consumption and services a standard fee applies to all guests from 3 years of age and older. The amount is entirely due for stays less than a week. The cost is 42 euros per person per week and includes: on-site assistance, power, water consumption and final cleaning. The kitchenette, including cutlery, must be left clean and tidy by the customer, otherwise a 50 euros charge will apply.

- Deposit: 200 euros per apartment, to be paid in cash.

Costs for optional additional services. To be requested upon booking

- Bed linen and towels: 15 euros per person per change;

- Pets: small pets allowed. 30 euros per week

- Baby cot: € 35 per week. No cost in the case of your own. Maximum one cot per apartment

Check-in/out and length of stay

- Check-in: 17:00 – 20:00, please ring the reception the days before to confirm your arrival time. In case of arrivals after 20:00 a supplement of 25 euros applies. If after midnight the supplement is 50 euro. In case of delay and lack of notice the guests will be welcomed the following day.

- Check-out: before 10:00 am;

- Minimum stay required: 3 or 7 nights, variable depending on the period;
